1. Double click with left mouse button on 'My Computer' on the desktop.

2. Double click with left mouse button on 'Control Panel' icon.

3. Double click with left mouse button on 'Mouse' icon.

Select Pointers within the Mouse Properties

Click on Normal Select,  then Browse.
Change to Desktop (or wherever you saved the downloaded *.ani file(s)).
Click Open to select the file, then OK.
Finished!

If you wish to return to your original pointer, select 'Use Default' from the Pointers Tab.
